You, the design creator, give us the right to use the designs you submit to print and sell baby doll style t-shirts. 

These usage rights are non-exclusive and for an unlimited period of time.  You're free to cancel the agreement at any time, for any reason, as are we.  Should the agreement be cancelled, any t-shirts on order, in the process of being printed, or in shipping will be completed.  Cancellation can be requested either in writing, electronically, or by phone. Carrier pigeons simply aren't reliable.

We're also allowed to use your submitted designs for advertising purposes.  Whenever possible, these advertisements will contain links or other information identifying you as the design's creator.

You guarantee that you are solely responsible for the designs you submit to us.

You guarantee that the designs you submit to us were created by you and that you are the owner of all rights for the submitted designs including, but not limited to, trademark, copyrights, patents, and licenses.  In order to give us the limited rights listed in the first section of this agreement, you must guarantee that you are the sole and exclusive owner of those rights.  Please contact us if rights for a particular design are shared between two or more parties as a physically signed agreement will be required.

You also guarantee that you have no knowledge of any third-part rights which would prohibit the use of your submitted designs in any of the ways mentioned in this agreement.

If you are contacted by a third party that claims infringement of their rights regarding a design you submitted, you are required to immediately notify us in writing.

You will receive 60% of all profits resulting from the sale of baby doll t-shirts bearing your designs.  Profits are defined as the difference between the sale price and the price of producing the baby doll t-shirts sold; including the supplies used in printing the t-shirts and the t-shirts themselves. Shipping and handling costs ARE NOT deducted from the sale price when figuring profits. You're not required to link to SweetBabyRibs.com from your own site, nor to advertise the designs you've submitted to us in any way.  Of course, you're also more than welcome to do so - the more people that see your designs, the more sales you're likely to make.

You keep the copyright for your designs at all times.  We're not allowed to sell your designs as our own in any way, including through third parties, without your express written permission.

The customers that purchase baby doll t-shirts from SweetBabyRibs.com are our customers.  Their privacy is important to us and will not be shared with you for any reason.

We can change our guidelines, pricing, or the way we process our orders at any time without notice.  Should we choose to change this agreement in any way, however, you will immediately be notified and required to either accept the new agreement or cancel the existing agreement.

You are personally liable for any damages we may suffer resulting from the agreed usage and sale of t-shirts bearing the designs you submit. These damages include, but are not limited to, court costs resulting from claims of infringement or other legal action.

We reserve the right to refuse submission of designs for any reason, especially designs deemed horribly offensive or in likely violation of established copyright and/or trademark laws.  We believe in free speech, but we don't believe in hate speech nor are we not terribly fond of being sued.
