We at Sweet Baby Ribs do our best to make sure that you get your products exactly as you want them and within a reasonable time frame. Please keep in mind, however, that we're a small company - while this makes it easier to talk to us and work out issues, it also means that we're simply not able to offer the 24 hour turn around you'll get with some companies. The vast majority of orders will, however, be delivered within 2 to 6 weeks of the order being placed.
Shipping
Our Continental US shipping rates are based on the price of your order - $5 for purchases up to $25, $10 for purchases up to $100, and free shipping for all orders over $100.
International shipping is available through the USPS, but it can be slow - you can expect to wait up to four weeks after your merchandise has been shipped for standard USPS international - so be sure to order your products early. We are working on a better solution for our international customers - please sign up for the newsletter to be kept up to date on changes to our shipping policies.
Returns
We will happily accept returns for any defective merchandise and an immediate refund will be issued. You are responsible for postage fees relating to the return of any product. We can not, however, accept the return of undamaged merchandise so please insure that you double check your order - especially sizes and quantities - before submitting. Also - please remember that women's shirts RUN SMALL. This is an almost universal truth. Someone, somewhere, got the idea that a woman\s large should run half the size of a man\s large. I don\t know why... and I wish they'd stop. Until then - order large.
